我国石油对外贸易流量分析与对策研究

石油是关系国家经济安全的重要战略物资,本文通过对我国石油进出口贸易一些流量指标的分析,发现:(1)石油净进口量过大,进口依存度偏高,并有逐年递增的趋势;(2)原油进口的地区集中度偏高,不利于石油资源供应稳定;(3)国际油价持续高企,对国内经济稳定造成威胁。并据此提出了相关政策建议。     

不同萃取试剂检测羽绒残脂率的差异性分析

选用乙醚、二氯甲烷和石油醚作为羽绒残脂率的萃取试剂,对3种试剂检测结果进行了比对分析。结果显示：二氯甲烷检测结果高于乙醚的检测结果,而石油醚的检测结果低于乙醚的检测结果。从统计学角度分析得出这两种试剂的检测结果与乙醚的检测结果都存在显著性差异,二氯甲烷和石油醚无法直接作为乙醚萃取的替代性试剂。     

Psychological Oil Price Barrier and Firm Returns

In this paper, we investigate the psychological barrier effect induced by the oil price on firm returns when the oil price reaches US$100 or more per barrel. We find evidence of the negative effect of the US$100 oil price barrier for: (a) the entire sample of 1559 firms listed on the American stock exchanges; (b) both foreign and domestic firms, with domestic firms significantly more affected; (c) the 10 different sizes of firms, with the smaller firms less affected compared to the larger firms; and (d) 17 sectors of firms, with firms in the utilities, mining, and administration sectors being the least affected.     

中哈原油管道两国计量输差数学模型分析

用流体的连续性方程并结合质量守恒定律对中哈管道阿塔苏站-阿拉山口站的参数进行分析后建立了计量输差的数学模型关系,通过数据验证了该模型。结果说明两国之间毛重计量输差的主要影响因子是输送过程中两站间管道中油品密度变化率,从而为解决两国间流量计计量数据争议提供了重要参考。     

石油套管漏磁检测标准影响因素研究

简要介绍石油套管缺陷形式及缺陷检测方法,着重阐述石油套管漏磁检测的原理及石油套管漏磁检测标准,分析自动漏磁检测设备影响因素及应对措施,展望石油套管漏磁检测的应用前景。     

燃油税实施效果评价及税制完善的建议

我国燃油税改革正式实施已满两年,其积极的效果和存在的弊端初步显现。本文在对我国燃油税改善的实施效果进行评价的基础上,借鉴典型国家燃油税税制的设立经验,提出完善我国燃油税税制的建议。     

A methodology for the choice of the best fitting continuous-time stochastic models of crude oil price

The crude oil price is generally considered as the fundamental factor in the valuation of undeveloped reserves but it is not the unique one. Undeveloped field value also depends on the uncertainty relating to the convenience yield and the risk-free interest rate. The purpose of this paper is to decide on the best continuous-time stochastic models for these risk factors. The Generalized Method of Moments and the Maximum Likelihood Estimation are implemented to fit the parameters of continuous-time stochastic processes. The results of unit root tests without breaks reveal a mean reversion in convenience yield series. Multiple structural change tests show that the risk-free interest rate can be considered constant. The simulation of continuous-time stochastic processes and the mean error between the simulated prices and the market ones show that the Geometric Brownian Motion with jumps is the best model for the oil price compared to the other commonly used processes.     

The first wave of the Soviet oil offensive: The Anglo-American Alliance and the flow of ‘Red Oil’ to Finland during the 1950s

During the 1950s, many observers regarded the expansion of Soviet oil exports as a serious threat to Western political and economic interests. Finland was the first non-communist European country that started to buy Soviet oil on a large scale. This made the country vulnerable to Soviet political pressure. An examination of the Finnish case indicates that Anglo-American governments adopted a much more complex attitude towards the emergence of the Soviet Union as an exporter of oil than the Cold War rhetoric would suggest. The US and British governments were not automatically willing to support their oil companies or to try to block Soviet oil exports. Instead of seeing Soviet oil exports to Finland simply as a threat to Western interests, the Foreign Office and the State Department considered the precise implications that Finnish purchases of Soviet oil would have on Western strategic interests on a case-by-case basis. Many other government departments were more interested in promoting their own departmental interests.

x直馏柴油的乳化问题比较普遍，这是由于碱洗过程具备油品乳化的三大条件。本文详细分析了直馏柴油碱洗乳化的影响因素，介绍了国内炼油企业柴油碱洗抗乳化的适用技术和一些新技术，并对直馏柴油抗乳化提出了一些建议，如提高碱液注入温度、考虑原油带有泥沙、杂质或大量乳化剂、柴油干点过高时对柴油碱洗乳化的影响以及根据乳化液的类型选用合适的破乳剂等。
